Baghayo Garden Suites
Baghayo Garden Suites is Set on five acres of coffee estate near Karatu town, midway between Ngorongoro Conservation Area and Lake Manyara National Park, Baghayo Garden Suites is a perfect base for exploring northern Tanzania’s amazing game parks.
The Suites are Surrounded by lush gardens in a country setting, the property offers 14 cottage-styled suites, 6 of which are family suites that can accommodate up to 7 guests. Each suite has a sitting room with a fireplace and adjoining veranda and a cozy bedroom with an attached bathroom. The common area comprises a reception, lounge, bar, an ample dining room, and a large verandah for outdoor dining overlooking the swimming pool and lower coffee gardens. The cuisine is farm to table, with fruiting trees, herbs, vegetable gardens, and coffee onsite, and milk, eggs, and honey sourced from the nearby lodge farm. rooms were designed with your ultimate comfort in mind. Natural materials like wood and brick have been used liberally in construction, creating an earthy atmosphere in tune with the farm. Each room is a suite, with a separate living room as well as a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The living area is comfortably furnished with upholstered chairs in front of the working fireplace for cozy relaxing. Each room has a private porch with a view.
Bedrooms have twin or king beds and the family suites have multiple bed configurations for family sleeping arrangements. Family suites also can be made larger through the adjoining rooms. Crisp linen and fluffy towels, plus a writing desk, reading chair, and ample room for luggage, all combine to create a cozy and welcoming respite from the dusty safari trail.
Each room has beautiful views over the valleys, farms and coffee plantations to the Ngorongoro Forest and distant hills. Amenities include large walk-in shower, separate WC, personal products in pump jars, hairdryers and room safes for your valuables.
