To confirm your safari, trekking, beach safari or any other activities, kindly deposit 25% of the total amount as per invoice within 7 days to book and confirm your trip. If this amount is not paid, the booking will be considered as unconfirmed booking.
– For last-minute booking 1 – 15 days prior, 100% of the total amount as per invoice is required to confirm your booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation or amendment should be sent via our email address ([email protected]) or WhatsApp number (+255769222238) for our reference. The most important thing is to share the cancellation policy prior with your valued guests to protect both parties.
Below is our cancellation policy according to seasons;

- HIGH SEASON – DECEMBER-FEBRUARY, JULY-OCTOBER
– 90 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL – NO CANCELLATION CHARGE
– 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL – 50% CANCELLATION CHARGE
– 45 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL – 75% CANCELLATION CHARGE
– 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL – 100% CANCELLATION CHARGE
– NO-SHOW – 100% CANCELLATION CHARGE
- DURING LOW SEASON – APR – MAY, 1 NOVEMBER – 15 DECEMBER
– 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL – NO CANCELLATION CHARGE

(ii) CANCELLATION BY US
– In the event that we cancel your trip due to an unexpected problem beyond our control, including illness, political instability or war, for the safety of our guests, we will refund 100% of the amount deposited.
If there are any problems, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the situation. If you do not cancel your safari, you may amend the dates prior to avoid cancellation charges.

when paying, we do not have an IBAN in Tanzania, but a SWIFT-CODE,should you wish to pay through your bank account.
Not all hotels and lodges have strict cancellation policies, so please let us know before you visit the hotels and lodges on your itinerary to see if they have flexible cancellation policies.
We advise you to take out Travel Insurance before you leave so that you are covered in the event of unexpected events
