Original Maasai Lodge

The Maasai and immerse yourself in their unique culture during your stay at the Original Maasai Lodge.

The spa area has an infinity pool, a sun terrace with a view over the Maasai steppe, a relaxation area, and a sauna. Here you can unwind or pamper yourself with a sumptuous massage.

There are 16 traditional huts to choose from in the Maasai village. Built traditionally from mud and grasses, but furnished to European standards, they are powered by solar energy and have ensuite toilets and hot showers. 

Experience sunrise on your terrace surrounded by nature,  with a view of Mount Kilimanjaro.  The restaurant serves both international and traditional Swahili dishes.

There are three kinds of rooms commonly nicknamed Standard Bungalow, Superior Bungalow, and Two Bedroom Bungalow.
